Our comfortable, spacious and cozy holiday home on the sun-drenched Costa Blanca in Alicante, Spain.

Located on Monte Pedrequer in Gata de Gorgos, surrounded by green hills, this property offers fantastic views of the imposing Montgo Massif and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Casa Momentum is a quiet detached house with a fully enclosed Mediterranean garden and private heated swimming pool.

It is the perfect place for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With a carport for one car and plenty of other parking, we guarantee you all the comfort and convenience during your stay.

The property is the ideal base for exploring the region. Whether you are a professional cyclist or a passionate cyclist, walker, golf lover, water sports enthusiast or want to enjoy a spot on the beach at one of the many beautiful coves, there is plenty to do in the area.

In addition, Casa Momentum is also perfect as a workation with a good internet connection, a quiet and pleasant place to work while you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and the sights in the area and the maximum hours of sunshine in all seasons.

The house is spread over three floors and has a typical Spanish Nanja

From here you have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, utility room and laundry room.

The spacious living room and lounge offer pleasant light with shutters and air conditioning.

A separate hall with storage room and a bathroom with sink and toilet provide all the comfort on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, shutters and share a bathroom with separate toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin.

On the third floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom ensuite with bathtub and shower, washbasin and separate toilet and a large sun terrace with a beautiful view of the Montgo and the Mediterranean Sea.

In clear weather you can even see Ibiza! This room also has a shutter and air conditioning.

The house also has a cellar that is accessible from the outside, ideal for storing bicycles, sports equipment and more.

By the pool you can enjoy the sun loungers, the terrace table or the sitting area.

For culinary enthusiasts, there is plenty of opportunity to cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas BBQ or to enjoy the gastronomic offer in the area, or even arrange a private dinner in the house or on location.

For your groceries there is a wide choice of supermarkets and local markets within a short distance (by car).

For the real shoppers, the Portal de la Marina shopping center is only 10 km away.

Casa Momentum is ideally located for tourist excursions in the region, including Javea/Xabia (12 km), Jalon (13 km), Denia (17 km), Moraira (20 km), and Calpe (30 min drive). Both Alicante and Valencia airports are an hour’s drive away (100 KM).
